Without doubt a talented singer songwriter, Ade Payne has a huge following and fans eager to buy his music, which has necessitated the reprint of his CD, My Town, for the third time.
Not one to 'put up and rest up, Ade is constantly delivering his very own brand of Americana (also known as Roots, Bluegrass & Country Rock) at some of the most prestigious venues in the UK, Canada and New York, venues such as The Rockwood Music Hall (New York), Banjo Jim's (New York), The Now Lounge (Toronto) and the Cameron House (Toronto).
As well as the catchy numbers that have his audiences tapping their feet, he has more recently achieved beautiful depth in harmonies & musical arrangements sung straight from the heart from his own personal experiences.
Chosen from a host of other musicians to represent the British Showcase at NXNE, Canada's biggest musical event of the year, by a panel of industry notables including Tony Moore (ex Cutting Crew, Radio Java & Iron Maiden). In fact Tony was so impressed with Ade's music he has since invited him to appear on several occasions at his prestigious London venues - The Bedford Arms & Regal Rooms.
Ade started writing and playing his songs from the age of 12 years, appearing on the gig circuit at 18 years of age mainly singing covers. However, he quickly realised that his own songs were being so well received that he sung them more and more. These days he just sings the songs he has written himself. Let's face it they are so good why would he sing other people's tracks anyway!
Regularly lining up with some of the finest musicians in his genre, Ade’s sound continues to evolve and we can expect more songs that will sell like hot cakes in the near future.
